PAYMENT
Ian online accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, 
American Express, Discover and PayPal. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Continental US: All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $10 via UPS ground. Alaska and Hawaii: All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $10 via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped on business days (Mon-Fri) and shipped within 48 hours of processing. Once an order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that will include your tracking number. You can log on to www.ups.com or www.usps.com to track your order and you should expect your package to be delivered 3-5 business days after being shipped.

Canada: All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $40 via USPS Priority Mail International. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Orders are shipped on business days (Mon-Fri) and shipped within 48 hours of processing. Other Countries: Australia, Denmark, Finland, France, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $60 via USPS Priority Mail International. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. A 9.5% sales tax is applicable to merchandise shipped to a Washington state address.

CONDITIONS
Ian online does not guarantee the availability of any items listed at ianshop.com. If the item for purchase is not available, customer service will notify you of the cancellation.  Upon placing an order a receipt is automatically emailed. This receipt does not constitute a contract and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, discovery of incorrect price or  suspicion of fraud or any other reason as we see fit. Ian has the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not credit card has been charged. You will be issued a credit for the amount of the purchase if the order is cancelled.


RETURNS

ONLINE ORDERS:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges. All sales are final on sale items. (No refunds or exchanges) Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Ian has the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns. Ian does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages without proof of delivery made to ian.

EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

MISTAKE:
We are sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please email shop@ianshop with the order number and the merchandise you received as well as the item you were expecting. If we have the correct item in stock we'll ship it to you once the incorrect  item is received. If the item is no longer available we will credit your original form of payment.

IN STORE PURCHASES:
If you purchase an item at our Seattle location our store policy applies. No refunds (credit cards will not be credited)We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with receipt within 15 days of purchase. The retuned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.
