Credit cards will be charged when you place your order. Since we process your order as soon as we confirm it, you will not be able to cancel or make changes.

If you receive a package from us that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and let us know by email immediately

Getting the Right Size

Since there are no uniform sizing standards in clothes we sell online, sizes, shapes, and fits may vary from one designer to another. Please email shop@ianshop.com for specific measurements.
